Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we offer refunds or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Significantly different from the product description includes incorrect colors compared to the product image, major printing errors (e.g., blurry image, missing text), or incorrect size or material of the tote bag.
To initiate a return or exchange, please provide clear photos of the issue and contact us at hello@kindfelt.com. We will then guide you through the return process.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will correct the error as soon as possible and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Orders can be canceled before they go into production. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Custom orders and personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a significant error on our part.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may consider mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods.
